WOODRUFF’S “BAG LADY”
To all new residents of Woodruff Place: Do not be alarmed if, upon hearing a knock at your door, you see a lady holding a bag standing there, waiting to. ……welcome you to the neighborhood! Terri is our version of the old Welcome Wagon lady. She will share information about Woodruff Place history, historical preservation requirements, membership meetings, safety tips, and Woodruff Place social events.
The website address for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County will change from Indygov.org to Indy.gov beginning immediately, Mayor Bart Peterson and the Information Services Agency announced today. Residents will be able to access the website at either address.
This year's Halloween party was on Saturday, October 27th, and what a howling good time it was! Attendance was high, but not too crowded that everybody couldn't have fun.
