Recently our friend and co-worker, Amy Marcker, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She was quickly rushed into surgery to have the tumor removed. Woodruff residents and guests can meet at COMEDY SPORTZ for an evening of "ALL AGE INTERACTIVE IMPROV EXPERIENCE”.
Ticket cost is $15.00 per person, and CS will donate $3 per ticket to Woodruff. Comedy Sportz is located at 721 Massachusetts Ave. Make checks out to the Woodruff Place Civic League. Call Tessie for reservations.

Please save the date of Saturday, October 6 as we celebrate our 135 year anniversary at the All Decade Home Coming Hop. The event will be held at the Town Hall from 7 pm - 11 pm and is an adult only event - beverages, snacks and desserts will be available. You are encouraged to wear costumes from any decade as well as your dancing shoes! There will be a limbo, charleston, jitter bug and twist dance contest.
