Recently our friend and co-worker, Amy Marcker, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She was quickly rushed into surgery to have the tumor removed. Thankfully, the surgeons at Methodist Hospital were able to remove the entire tumor and determine that it is not cancerous. Our friend is currently recovering at her parent's house and doing very well. Many of us in the restaurant industry, including Amy, depend on tips as our main source of income.
